Two floors apartment, with access from an external stone stair that brings to a beautiful spacious, panoramic terrace on the first floor. The entrance gives to a very large living dining room with armchairs and a beautiful working fireplace, table and kitchenette. Three steps lead to a disengagement and a bathroom with shower. On the opposite side of the room, a beautiful stone stair brings to the second floor with two matrimonial bedrooms, one triple bedroom, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with tub. If needed, another bed can be added in one of the rooms.
Outside, the private garden, at the bottom of the entrance staircase, and the big terrace with pool and panorama view, equipped with table and chairs to dine "al fresco". Barbecue is at disposal.

Our holiday farm is located right in the center of Tuscany, in a beautiful position on a hill on the left side of the river Arno, in front of the typical medieval town of Laterina.
Set amidst gentle hills, it offers a breathtaking view that goes from the Arno river valley to the Apennines. It is an ideal starting point for trips to the most renowned cities in Tuscany and Umbria. Arezzo is just 6 miles away, Siena 30 and Florence 38. San Gimignano, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi and many other art cities are also near just like Chianti, Valdichiana, Casentino and Lake Trasimeno.
The holiday farm has been recently painstakingly restored and now retains all the classic architectural aspects of old Tuscan dwellings (cotto or stone floors, oak beams, bricks arches), but it was also endowed with a touch of modernity that makes the reconstruction even more fascinating. All the apartments have their private entrance, a garden for outdoor dining and a reserved area by the swimming pool. The main farmhouse consists of 5 apartments, while the smaller house, the Cottage, hosts other two. The Cottage is also an ideal dwelling for groups, because it is completely independent and surrounded by a big private garden.
