Valdinievole is a fertile area particularly for the production of olive oil. The oil produced on our farm, which is made from olives harvested by hand, is characterized by a unique flavor ideal to accompany dishes of Tuscan cuisine and delicate fish dishes. All stages of production, from the pressure to the crushing, follow the rules of the IGP, a label that distinguishes the product for their authenticity and quality.
Each room has its own heating and air conditioning.
