The farmhouse is surrounded by high and thick hedges. On the sides there is a garden which leads to the swimming pool (m. 5 X 10) and is equipped with sun beds, beach umbrellas and a shower. The swimming pool is to be shared with the owners.
The apartment of 90 m., is divided on two floors and is connected by a wooden staircase.
Ground floor: Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, storeroom and large living room with fireplace. Washing machine.
First floor: 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
