An unforgettable spot for a large family or group of friends to have the vacation of your dreams, on the ground floor there is an eat-in kitchen with fireplace; a bedroom with small double bed; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two sitting rooms with fireplaces; one double and one twin bedroom; and two bathrooms with showers. On the second floor you will find a large living room; three twin bedrooms; and two bathrooms with showers. For your exclusive use outside are a large covered veranda with barbecue grill, large dining table and chairs; a ping pong table; the swimming pool, and lounge area.
We offer a variety of services, facilities and amenities to enhance your stay with us.Wine & Olive Oil Boutique: The making of wine and olive oil are Colle Verde’s main activities and we are proud that the quality of our products has led them to be recognized as some of the finest in Italy. We are also listed in several leading international gourmet directories and travel guides. All of our products may be purchased in our Cantina which is open from 9 am – 5 pm daily.
Wine & Olive Oil Tasting: Guests are always welcome to stop by wine cellar for a complimentary glass of wine. On request we organize Olive Oil and Wine Tasting’s which include a tour of our to oil press and winery and a description of all production procedures. Please visit our ‘Wine and Olive Oil’ sections for more information.
Swimming Pools: There are two unattended swimming pools on our property that are open all day from the beginning of May until the end of September.

Laundry:
A coin-operated washing machine is at your disposal during your stay. We provide clotheslines and clothespins to dry your wash.
Hiking:
The 25-hectare Colle Verde estate include vineyards and olive tree groves as well as uncultivated areas that are open for you to explore during your stay. Upon arrival we will provide you with a detailed map displaying the various footpaths in the surrounding area.
