It is completely independent and far from any noises. The garden is surrounding the house and offers the guests a truly unforgettable greenery all around. Quietness and peacefulness is what you will find there.
Located in one of the most beautiful hilly areas around Lucca, “Tenuta Albereta” is at only 1,8 Kilometers far from Montecarlo, an ancient village famous for its good wine, oil and food.
The beautiful house is immersed in an estate of olive trees, vineyards and woods, with the swimming pool opened from may to September. It is ideal for families who love meeting up in nature, open spaces, relax, long walk and culture.We only rent the whole property to 1 party per time so privacy is never compromised.
At the ground floor the house is provided of: furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, a toilet and a bedroom. At the first floor there are 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In front of the house there is a cosy studio with a bathroom, a double bed and a single bed.
The 6th bedroom is in the dependance, the little house in front of the main house.
Near the swimming pool you have a shower.
After a hot day of sightseeing it will be great to come back to a splash in the pool and a cold beer on the terrace, before lighting the bbq and putting on some of the superb sausages from the local supermarket. It is truly a vacation you will never forget.
