All apartments have independent entrances, free Wi-Fi and access to the private garden with gazebo, tables, chairs, sunbeds and parking.
The apartments are fresh and modern in style, but the exposed beams and the detailing keep the traditions of the past alive.
For relaxing moments you’ll find a beautiful swimming pool, also suitable for children, nestled in the agriturismo’s stunning garden. In June and September, the agriturismo also offers free umbrellas and sunbeds at the nearby Shangri-là private beach resort in Marina di Donoratico, accessible along a cycle track thought the beautiful pinewood. The beach is just 2 km from Podere Conte Novello.
There is also a large communal barbecue area with tables and chairs, and a token-operated laundry room. Guests can hire a selection of standard and professional road and mountain bikes in Marina di Castagneto and Donoratico.
Free wine tasting is available at the farm’s wine cellar in Bolgheri.
