I and my family spent 2 weeks in this residence and had a wonderful time. The apartment is simply but has everything you need for your holiday. It has 2 bedrooms and it's very spaciuos. Tuscany is beautiful and there's so many places you can visit nearby. The nearest beach is about 2 km far away and we rented the bikes in the swimming pool the reach it - that was just great! I suggest this residence with a big pleasure!

Logement bien situé pour les plages et les village
Les appartements situés au 1er étage sont très bien équipés et spacieux. 1 loggia pour prendre ses repas et une terrasse solarium à l'étage. 2 salles de bain. La piscine est grande et commune à l'ensemble de la résidence. L'accès est gratuit mais les transats sont payants. Cependant une zone est réservée pour étendre ses serviettes et c'est suffisamment confortable. Nous avons préféré la plage de Marina di Grossetto (vers le port) à celle de Principina di Mare mais c'est à vous de tester. L'accueil de Suzanna est très sympathique. Logement bien situé pour les plages et les villages alentours (notamment Castiglione della Pescaia). Marché à Grosseto le jeudi matin.

The 2-level apartment with the swimming pool is for 4 + 2 persons is finely furnished and air conditioned. with private entrance, kitchen- living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 persons, double bedroom for 2 persons and bathroom on the same floor. The stairs run from living room into the second double bedroom for 2 persons and another bathroom. The apartment has 2 terraces (indoor and outdoor), 1 on each floor.
