The property consists of the spacious and impressive main house and two charming smaller side houses.
It�s dominant position high up in the Chianti mountains, guarantees an amazing panoramic view.
The property consists of 2 apartments in the main house (Niki + Julia) and 1 further apartment in the side house (Mela)
Except of Julia, this are all 2-room-apartments.
The property is surrounded by large estates of around half a million square meters (oak- and chestnut-woods as well as olive hills) and a large (20.000 square meters) beautifully landscaped garden with old trees, a nicely shaped pool (17x6 m) and several sun terraces.
The private road to the property is about 2 km long.
Please note: Access to Podere La Collina via a private, dirt road, which is not suitable for sports cars.
