House Sleeps4Bedrooms2Bathrooms1Minimum Stay2 nightsThese two houses are located on the outskirts of the historic hamlet Starda (12th century). The smaller house (70m2) is rented out, the bigger the house owner used as a vacation or weekend home.
The Casa La Quercia situated in an absolutely quiet and panoramic location. The large pool (6 x 12 m) is located about 50 meters away in a beautiful location and is used quite rare by the owners.
Around the house you will find large lawns and a beautiful terrace and garden area. The whole place is clean and well maintained manifests. The attentive owner, an elderly Italian couple that live in Florence and are very helpful. Guests are welcomed each of them.
For the first requirement can be found in some 5 km away bar (with a small grocery section) in Monte Luco essentials. For larger purchases, you will find all shops in Montevarchi or Gaiole In Chianti (both approx. 15 km.) In Starda, about 10 minutes walk, you reach a comfortable restaurant, Osteria di Starda, once an olive mill. In nearby Podere L'Aquila, you can enjoy the restaurant with covered terrace Tuscan specialties.
