It is on a small hill and has a wonderful panoramic view.
Starda located 12km fare of the community Gaiole in Chianti, Province Siena, about 35km north-east of Siena. The house has only 2 apartments each with private entrance and private garden. Each garden is well equipped with garden furniture (table and chairs and barbecue).
From each garden has direct access to the pool with sun loungers and parasols. There is a laundry and ironing room.
Kitchens are equipped with a very complete 4-burner stove and oven.
Starda is ideally situated for exploring the Chianti region where you can visit the castles and wineries. For example, "Rocca di Castagnoli" in Castagnoli, castle and winery. There are daily guided tours and tastings. In the next village Rietine "Fattoria di Rietine" every Sunday and Thursday at 16:00 a wine tour and wine tasting.
Both wineries speak German or English
Famous cities of Siena, Florence, Arezzo and San Gimignano are within an hour's drive.
The most important foods you can buy in Monte Luco or Moncioni. both about 3-4 km away. For large purchases, we recommend Montevarchi "Ipercoop-Centro commerciale".
