This stunning Villa, can house up to 16 people which makes it a perfect place if you're having a family reunion or a get together of friends. This villa, once part a of a medieval monastery, is being completely renovated this year in a way that outfits it with all the modern amenities that you might require while at the same time maintaining all the old world charm of the apartment.

Thus Villa has not one but 2 kitchens situated on the ground floor, these kitchens are completely equipped and ready for use at any time.

The house has three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the second floor.

The villa has some amazing spaces both outside and in for people to gather and enjoy each other's company. On the first floor, on the west side, there's a large veranda with stunning views of the surrounding estate. There's also a table here big enough for six people. There also a large living room with a pullout sofa. Also, on the ground floor there are two dining rooms: One which can seat 8 people and another which can seat 14 people. The second dining room also has a functioning fireplace. There’s also an outdoor dining area that’s a real gem that you should enjoy. You’ll also have access to the spacious living room which has a fireplace, access to a large veranda overlooking Florence, the vineyards and the surrounding forest. The living room also comes outfitted with comfy sofas and a fantastic library area.

Now, coming to the accommodation, there’s one king size bedroom, bathroom and a separate kitchen with access to the pool, all located close together this can be separated from the rest of the house in case you have some guests over.

Walk up a flight of beautifully hand crater stone staircase to get to the second floor, this floor has most of the bedrooms and a huge bathroom, the bigger bedroom is on the far right has 2 king size beds and a private bathroom ,with Vietri ceramic and a huge shower, one more bedroom with a king size bed 30 sq mt , a master bedroom with a queen size bed 30 sq mt , a smaller bedroom with a king size bed and , a laundry room , one more small bedroom with a a king size bed 20 sq mt , this floor also has a big living room 30 sq mt with a tv and a ceramic stove.

The small tower on the third floor is used mostly for storage.
