Thanks to the presence of another apartment in the same building, it is possible to rent out both apartments for a group of friends or a large family, it can host up to 20 people. Nearby are many restaurants that offer typical Florentine dishes and even better, every morning the guests will find Piazza Santo Spirito market right outside their door. The apartment (150 sq.mt / 1614 sq.ft) has 4 bedrooms , it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and has 4 full bathrooms.
As soon as the guests enter the apartment they will find themselves in the dining area with well furnished kitchen. Then there are the three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. Two of these bedrooms overlook Piazza Santo Spirito, while the third bedrooms overlooks the internal garden. From the dining room there is a corridor that leads to the living room with double pull out couch, four armcharis and a plasma screen television. Further along is the last bedroom with bathroom with shower. This apartment has 3 king sized beds, all the other beds can be made into either master or single beds.
