It is located on the first floor (with elevator) of a 16th Century building known as "Palazzo Medici" on via de’ Serragli in the Oltrarno area of Florence. The apartment is split on two levels. Entering the apartment on the main upper floor, guests will find a spacious dining area and a fully equipped corner kitchen. Then there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
On this floor there is another smaller bathroom with just a toilet. Down the corridor a door opens out into the stunning living room. On the lower level there are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite toilet), the laundry room, and a further bathroom with shower. The living and dining-room areas as well as the kitchen maintain the original tiled cotto floors, while the bedrooms have newer wooden floors, as well as coffered and beamed ceilings. “Palazzo Medici” is home to 8 luxury apartments and can sleep up to a total of 35 people.
