It is located on the fifth floor (with elevator) of a fine 15th Century building called Palazzo Salviati on via della Vigna Vecchia in the Santa Croce neighborhood of Florence, and is just a short walk from the city’s main tourist attractions The Michelangelo apartment is divided on to two floors: on the lower floor, guests will find the compact but well equipped kitchen and along the corridor the lovely bright and cosy open plan living-room and dining area with lovely antique wooden table. Three separate doors lead to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower/bathtub, the second bedroom (with two single beds), the third bedroom with French bed (140 cm wide) and a bathroom with shower/bathtub.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor (a mezzanine loft area) which comprises the guest bathroom and pull-out sofa bed made up of two single beds. This top room leads to the apartment's main feature: the private panoramic terrace which offers a fantastic 180 ° view over Florence and the Duomo (the city's cathedral). The terrace has been furnished with a sun umbrella and outdoor table and chairs. The apartment is very bright and quiet and all the rooms boast beautiful wooden floors and beamed ceilings as well as comfortable homely furnishings. Palazzo Salviati is home to 8 luxury apartments and can sleep up to 43 people.
