The central living space is characteristic of grand Tuscan living : welcoming entrance, big kitchen with every convenience including a range with 7 burners, large dining room with a table for 12, living room with a large wood-burning fireplace and television, and adjoining library/study for reading with tables for outside dining and a view of the woods and the entire estate. There is a guest house next door with an intimate health spa with sauna and a small pool, that the guests of the Red House may use as they desire. There is a private outdoor swimming pool for the guests of the Red House and the Limonaia. Washing Machine, iron and ironing table are available.
The sleeping area on the first includes 5 large suites each with queen size bed and en-suite private bathroom with shower. The largest suite also has a loft area with a twin bed .
