Thanks to the presence of other apartments in the same building, it is possible to rent out multiple apartments for a group of friends or a large family. The building can host up to 24 people.
The classical apartment (130 sq.mt /1399 sq.ft) Giotto has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can host up to 6 people. From the apartment there is a splendid view of the Oblate and community garden. Inside there is a spacious living room, from where the guests can reach the dining area and kitchen, hidden in a wooden structure. The bedrooms are made up of a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a bedroom with two beds with a bathroom with bathtub. On the upstairs level there is another double bedroom with a bathroom with shower and laundry space. The apartment has parquet floors all through it.
