On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed and two singles), 1 smaller room/studio with a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, both with shower, one of which with bathtub. Living, dining, kitchen and a WC with washing/drying machine are on the ground floor that opens on an exclusive garden. The access from the main road as well as the car park are independent. The large shared pool,(meters 15.50 X 7.00 X 1.25 ), surrounded by vegetation and not visible from the house, open from June 1st to September 28th, is treated with natural salt. Personal transportation is advised.
