The apartment has a terrace with a 360 degree panoramic view of the whole city, including the major monuments and Florentine hillside. The modern but yet classical apartment (1076 sq.mt. /968 sq.ft.) has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom and can sleep up to 7 people.From the entrance door the guests will find 16 steps to reach the actual apartment. At the top of these stairs, on the left, there is the small double bedroom with in front of it a large room that includes the living room, dining area, and well furnished corner kitchen. From the living room the guests can reach the beautiful terrace with a small table and two chairs. Always on this level there is a small space for the laundry room, a bathroom with shower, a lovely master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom ( divided by 3 steps and not by a door), a small room with a single bed and a small bathroom with only a sink. On the upper level (14 steps) there is the spacious bedroom with a closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. In this room there is a splendid view of a large portion of the monument of Florence: the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Santa Croce, Piazzale Michelangelo, and the church of San Miniato.
The apartment is bright and completely furnished with high quality materials. Included in the price: utility bills for rentals up to 30 days, final cleaning, condo expenses, agency fee and taxes Excluded from the price: utility bills for rentals over 30 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days. The contract is in the Italian language and the fee is equal to 1% of the total rental price (with the minimum fee being 33.50€) plus 30€ for revenue stamps.
