The location is ideal for those who wish to visit Florence, without getting lost in the frantic tourist life that takes over the historical center. A 15 minute walk leads the guests to all the most important monuments in Florence.
Frescoed apartment (90 sq.mt /968 sq.ft) with 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 people and 2 bathrooms of which just one complete with shower. A lovely corridor with parquet floor will welcome you to the stunning frescoed living room. Just before this room there is a bathroom with just w.c. where you will also find a safe box installed inside the wall. The magnificent living room is bright and has a 32" flat screen TV. The french doors of this room overlooks the red roofs of other buildings and therefore it's also quite peaceful. The stairs that connect the upper floor with the lower floor also divides the living room from the well equipped kitchen with dining area. The lower level boasts two bedrooms (both with two single beds) and the one on the right also has its private ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a small corridor that starts from this last bedroom and reaches the bathroom where you will find many spacious wardrobes. Both bedrooms have their air conditioning and there are also two units for the upper floor (one in front of the kitchen and one in the living room). Also WiFi Internet and individual heating are provided.
This apartment is not ideal for students.
This apartment is perfect for a little family or for two couples of young friends that are travelling together. The location is fantastic not only because you can reach any monument within 10-20 minutes walking distance (depending on the monument), but also because there are many great restaurants just downstairs. In addition this area is absolutely perfect if you wish to avoid the crowd and live as a true local.
