It is also extremely easy to reach the Lungarno rivers, via Tornabuoni, the Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. The community theater is also about a 5 minute walk away. In the area around the apartment there are excellent restaurants, bars, and mini supermarkets.

It takes up two levels: the first level has a spacious and bright living room furnished with modern furniture, a well furnished modem kitchen with a corner dining area with high chairs.A bedroom with double pull out couch and a large closet. The guests can reach the second level from the kitchen using an internal staircase or from the living room using a spiral staircase. Upstairs there is the bedroom with double bed and a small plasma TV. This room is very relaxing and looks upon a sports field.
