Although the bed and breakfast is a bit hard to find, the accommodations are lovely and the hostess superb. Paola speaks fluent English and was happy to provide us with guidance on exploring Florence, Tuscany and Chianti. We enjoyed all three areas immensely. You definitely need a car when staying here as it is in a rural setting, though close to the Michelangelo park overlooking Florence and not far from the city walls. The breakfast prepared for us each day by Paola was scrumptious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely and cozy Convenient location
Charming bed and breakfast with only two rooms available to book. Paola speaks English very well and is so welcoming! Her cappuccinos are out this world! There is a wonderful Italian restaurant walking distance called BIBE. Bed was very comfy and weather was great in September. Thank you for everything! Convenient to Florence and Chianti!

Outstanding hospitality and old world charm
I am so grateful to our host Paola for providing a week long experience to welcome us to Italy. Our time at the bed and breakfast was like a step back in time with old friends in a serene setting steeped in history. It was truly luxurious to wake up to fresh coffee and an assortment of sweet tarts and breads baked lovingly by our host. We even shared an evening meal that introduced us to many traditional Italian dishes with wines and aperitif. Our rooms reflected the comfort of history with tall ceilings and broad beams, frescoed walls and smooth terracotta floors that were a joy to walk bare foot on. Our kitchen was fully appointed and we enjoyed a living room to plan our coming days adventures. Especially appreciated was a large courtyard where we could relax in the sun with the fragrance of jasmine and honeysuckle in the air and listen to the beautiful birdsong. There is plenty of room to explore the countryside on foot or take a bus easily to the city. Paola helped us with our many questions, introduced us to new and wonderful places and shared her rich history with us. She is a kind, warm and generous host who felt like a long time friend to me. I have such happy memories of our week at the bed and breakfast and will return again. It was truly a dream come true! Many thanks.

Appartement de charme
On y a passés de magnifiques journées bien au calme, accueillis chaleureusement et gâtés tous les matins par un petit déjeuner copieux, préparé avec beaucoup d'amour et de soin, aux gâteaux fait maison et tout ce qu'on peut désirer. Les chambres sont très propres, avec un charme à l'ancienne, dont l'une même comme sortie d'un tableau de Klimt, avec ses peintures murales... On a reçu de précieux conseils pour visiter les alentours, Florence et ses musées. Allez-y, l'endroit vaut largement le détour !
