Ulivo is a three bedroom, two bathrooms semi-detached house over three floors, overlooking the valley with its cultivated fields and Volterra.The house has two private terraces/garden in front and back of the house and enjoys a direct access to the communal gardens, where the panoramic swimming pool is located.The space is arranged as follows:- at the first floor the master bedroom, bathroom (with a large shower and a window) and a second room with one single bed and the option to open a second bed above the first bed;- at the ground floor a reception with fireplace and kitchen/dining area- at the lower ground a big bedroom with three single beds that can be arranged into a double bed, a dressing room and the ensuite second bathroom with big shower.
