In this area you will find fish restaurants and vegetables from local cultivations, besides all well known Tuscan wines. Windsurfing, diving, biking, paddling.
The space
An area of the property is dedicated to guests, outside table in the garden, plus parking and room enough for your bicycle or kayaks ;) The studio has a balcony with a windowed sleeping room and room for all your luggage. We are very proud of offering not only one of the few places in this area usable by handicapped ones, but fully accessible and studied from the point of view of a disable person.
Guest access
once inside the property, the room has its own private access and it has a good privacy.
Interaction with guests
we live in the same house and we will be happy to give you tips on the area or help for any special request. a big german shepherd lives there, usually it stays in the backyard, but you may meet it at your arrival. do not be afraid, i told him to bite only bad people ;)
