Located in a panoramic position at the top of a hill facing on the vineyards in the beautiful Florentine countryside, close to the village of Montespertoli. The villa is recently refurbished with all modern facilities.
The structure of the villa offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills covering the vineyards for the production of the popular Montespertoli wine. This is a tasty wine that you should try at least once. The accommodation has 2 barns: first one of 140 square meters and second barn is of 120 square meters.
Both of the barns comprise three double bedrooms and one twin- bedded room, eight beds and three bathrooms with shower. All barns expand over 2 floors. The ground floor has a wide living-dining room of 43 square meters, an equipped kitchen with all modern appliances like oven, washing machine, fridge, dish washer etc. There is a laundry and one double bedroom with en suite. There is a large private garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
