Main building: Few steps will lead you to a comfortable living area with two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning each. Spacious and eat in kitchen with pizza oven. The bright and inviting living room offers a generous dining table which looks over the garden with pool. Furthermore the living room offers different sitting areas. In a separate part of the living room there is an open fire place corner. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. Bathroom with shower/WC. The terrace with gazebo at the first floor is reached through a staircase and represent the perfect place to enjoy dinners with sea view.
Dependence: 45 metres from the main building there is the separated dependence with a tiny living area and bedroom with double bed with air conditioning. Toilette with WC. Simple furnishings.
EXTERNAL ACCOMMODATION
The numerous external accommodations of this house can hardly be exceeded. A beautiful veranda in front of the main building looks over the Mediterranean garden and is perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals. Inside the well kept garden with spacious lawns and olive trees there is the pool at personal use of its guests. On request it is possible to arrange the use of the pool also before and after the reported dates. In this case the price applied will be relating to PERIOD C of the price list. A direct access to the sea with rocky beach is the crowing of this house.
