Within the grounds too is a covered carport and a very efficient, stone built, covered barbecue. The terrace for eating al fresco is also covered to give shade but looks towards the swimming pool and the sea. Scopello is 3 kilometres away for shopping.
This modern Villa is in a spacious garden of lawn and palm trees, and in a small residential area. To the front of the house are the swimming pool (salted sea water) and furnished terraces all overlooking the sea down below. The panorama is stunning and steps descending the cliff face reach the rock-edged sea. The area is a seaside and summer holiday resort, 39 kilometres from Trapani in the territory of Castellammare del Golfo in the northwest, a town with a 14th century castle. Scopello is also on the border of the Lo Zingaro nature reserve.
