This waterfront apartment is located directly in the center of town near the main piazza. It belonged to the owner's grandfather who bought the apartment when the building was new in the early 1970s. The neighbors have all known each other for 40 years! The building recently underwent a a renovation of the facade.
Feel at home with American standard comforts--air conditioner/heater, dishwasher, microwave, television (local channels), stereo. Washing machine (line dry). Bath has shower and bidet (no tub). Bedroom has luxury mattress, all linens, and two fold-out single beds for kids. Living room has two fold-out couches (double beds). Sleeps 4. Fantastic setting for relaxed visits, extended stays, families, and sabbaticals. Local care-taker speaks fluent English and Italian.
