The villa is located on a hill and overlooks the entire valley of Alcantara. villa belonged to a noble and wealthy family of the location. It is said that during the summer were housed famous people. It offers guests an exclusive retreat: a total of two kitchens, bathrooms, barbecue, fireplace, TV, upstairs three bedrooms with double beds and single beds. The villa is a two storey building of 200 square meters, built at different times. The old building is in a limestone area, which dates back to the early 900, consisting of three rooms on the ground floor: entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. The new part, first floor and the annex, was built in the 90s and is made up of four rooms on the first floor: two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The annexe on the ground floor consists of a large hall used as a relaxation area in which they were made different services: pizza oven, BBQ, kitchenette and TV room.
The villa has all the comforts such as: fireplace, gas stove, two wood stoves, hot water, air-conditioned bedrooms and satellite TV. They are also available to sports equipment, of which the villa is equipped with (cycling, swimming pool, table football etc..). villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of about 2000 square meters, in which there are two magnificent and majestic palm trees, other plants of Mediterranean species of rare beauty and flowers of various kinds. In a corner of the garden, was created a heavenly space, which was built around a large swimming pool 60 sqm. and 2.70 m deep with attached pad, surrounded by sun chairs and several gazebos.
