It is located at Viagrande, a small village in the valleys of the Etna volcano. The ground floor of the villa has the largest surface area and is furnished with antique furniture of refined taste. There are two large living rooms with fireplaces - one is decorated with white stone and another has decorative stone and lava - and bay windows which overlook the grounds of the villa. There is a guest bathroom and a small kitchenette. This floor also includes a sizeable kitchen decorated with typical Sicilian earthenware and a large fireplace, a bathroom, dining room located next to the kitchen and another guest bathroom. There are three bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds), with designer bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the ancient rose gardens, and a room that can be used as a private retreat. The first floor is comprised of two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) each with renovated bathrooms. The highlight of this residence is a large garden of more than an acre surrounded by citrus and orange trees as well as hundreds of roses and unique garden antiques. There is a diversity of scents from the ornamental trees and flowers of all varieties and colors. Situated in the garden, surrounded by palm and olive trees, the water of the stone pool is a deep blue color reflecting the lava stones lining the bottom. There are changing rooms and bathrooms for guests. Adjacent to the pool, with beautiful gardens on all sides, is a gym and a barbeque area. In addition, there is a small room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. Two large greenhouses are also located in the garden that are elegantly furnished and have two bathrooms for guests. The winter garden has a guest room with a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, living room and open kitchen decorated with earthenware in black stone. The entire villa, including the guest room in the winter garden and the room next to the pool, has eight bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people, in addition to rooms and bathrooms for staff. Guests may holiday in an atmosphere of antiquity surrounded by strong scents and sunwashed colors. Days may be spent reading, hiking, swimming in the refreshing stone pool or daydreaming under the shade of a magestic tree. The property is surrounded by black stone walls, ancient palms, numerous climbing roses and fragrant plants.
