Lovely and new apartment on the 1st floor was added to a new and colorful apartment complex, within which there are 2 heated pools and a large park facilities. The Residence is located just 10 minutes from the sea, 3 minutes from the Spa Complex Casteldoria and 200 meters from all major services: supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, stores, etc.
The apartment is divided in the living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom and has an area of 35 square meters c.ca. beautiful terrace and garden. Equipped with independent axes, reserved parking, TV, air conditioning in winter and summer, washing machine, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, and more.
Conditions
Standard occupancy: 2 people - Maximum occupancy: 4 people.
Availability arrivals and departures free all year round with a minimum stay of 4 days (with mandatory final cleaning fee). Check in at 15.00 / 18.00 - check out 10.00. It 'a deposit of 200 upon arrival.
Payment: 30% advance at the time of booking and the remainder upon arrival, in addition to the extra costs listed below, which are excluded from the costs of electricity and gas, which are borne by the owner. Any extensions of stay will be arranged and paid for at the time.
Extra services to be paid locally to the agency for reception services:
35,00 per apartment cleaning
20.00 for managing check-in and check-out and management practice
200.00 as a security deposit to be paid by check or cash which will be returned at the end of the stay after successful check out inspection. If you leave out of hours check-out, the deposit will be made by postal money order by deducting the costs of the same
5 to rent a beach towel (for the entire period of stay).
Optional services payable locally on request when booking (required in case of unavailability included staff of the client):
20.00 per person for linen (bed linen and towels)
Other services: baby-sitter, transportation to and from the airport and so on to be agreed.
