The property is set within its own grounds, offering complete privacy to guests staying at the villa. However, it is just a short drive to the Costa Smeralda and San Teodoro. A swimming pool is being installed at the property across April and May 2013 and will be ready for use for bookings from June onwards. Please note that prices are based on maximum occupancy of the property. Discounts are offered for smaller groups.
Inside the property has been furnished in a modern, contemporary style. The property boasts 5 bedrooms with either double or twin beds, and all with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, which is extremely well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The owners have also gone to great lengths to ensure that all the modern conveniences guests could want or need are available. These include a jacuzzi bath, steam room, hydro massage and foot massage. For your entertainment, they have provided a TV, DVD player with DVD library, selection of CDs and books and even a playstation to keep children and the 'big kids' amongst you amused and entertained!
The property boasts plenty of private parking space and is surrounded by private gardens and woodland. The pool will be ready for stays from June 2013 onwards.
