On the east coast of Sardinia, in the centre of the Marine Park of Tavolara in locality PUNTALDIA, the most beautiful resort in SARDINIA, to RENT and / or to SELL lovely 2-ROOMS-APARTMENT.
The apartment GIOIA**** is positioned very strategically right in the middle of the holiday residential resort Puntaldia, on the ground floor of a two-storey terraced building, part of the “Case della Piazzetta”.
The Piazzetta (shops, bars, restaurants, etc.), the marina, the diving-center, the golf course, the resort pool, the tennis courts and the beaches on the side of the peninsula facing Italy are within 50-100 meters, while the famous beach “La Cinta”, located on the opposite side of the peninsula, is reachable in just a few minutes’ walk, always within the resort.
FEATURES:
The 2-ROOMS APARTMENT GIOIA**** (ca. 55 m2 up to 4 people max) is really nice, cool as facing east, all furnished to measure, fitted with great care and style and equipped with every comfort: tiled floors throughout the house and porch, dishwasher, washing machine, fan blades in living room and bedroom, curtains, paintings, carpets, ornaments and more. The beds have slatted frames and orthopaedic mattresses. Pillows, mattress covers, bedspreads, bedside rugs and bath mats are available everywhere. Bed linen and towels can be hired on request.
Unfortunately, being on the ground floor, the apartment doesn’t have a panoramic views despite the proximity to the sea. In return, however, it has a little private garden and is quiet as it is located on a side street named Via delle Gioie.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT GIOIA****:
The ENTRANCE in the property is independent and takes place directly from the little private GARDEN, which has a wooden gate and is completely surrounded by plants. The garden has automatic irrigation system and, like all the green in Puntaldia, it is maintained by the gardeners of the resort.
The garden leads to a large COVERED PORCH equipped at all points: rectangular table, 4 chairs, 1 bench, 1 deck chair and shoe closet. Thanks to a cabinet and a wooden grid the porch is well separated from those of the neighbouring apartment.
The porch has two glass doors: the first, a sliding door, leads into the living room fully equipped with kitchenette, the second into the bedroom.
The spacious and bright LIVING ROOM is furnished with a double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, coffee table, built-in cabinets, dining area and large kitchen island. The living room has a ceiling fan blade, carpets, curtains, paintings, etc. The sofa bed is very easy to open and, doesn’t require to be unpacked by closing so that it and is immediately ready for use at night. It is equipped with mattress, pillows, pillowcases, quilt and bedspread.
The KITCHEN is fully fitted with base and wall units, electric cooker with 4 hotplates, a big fridge but without freezer, dishwasher, and microwave oven combined with grill. It is naturally well outfitted with crockery, cutlery, cooking pots, cooking utensils, etc.
On the other side of the living room there is the NIGHT AREA, which consists of a small hallway, a bathroom and a bedroom.
The HALLWAY is furnished with shoe rack, coat racks and wall mirror.
The BATHROOM is tiled with first quality ceramics of the “Cera Sarda” in a beautiful turquoise colour and is equipped with built-in cabinets, a large mirror, all sanitary facilities including washbasin, toilette, bidet, walk-in shower and shower-cabin, washing machine and floor mats.
From the hallway as well as from the second glass door of the porch you have access to the BEDROOM, which is therefore completely independent. The bedroom, in water-green and white colour, has ceiling fan blade and is furnished with a large bridge-wardrobe and two single beds.
The bedroom is large enough to be disposed in three different ways:
- as a single room: the bedspring of one of the twin beds has folding legs and can therefore be closed under the other, in order to make the room wider;
- as twin room: the single beds can be placed close to the two walls with the passage in the middle;
- as a double room: since the two twin beds have the same height, they can be combined into a double bed with the passage on 3 sides.
In the bedroom there is a TV working ONLY as DVD player as antennas are official forbidden in Puntaldia and many owners have been already denounced for not respecting the prohibition.

PUNTALDIA is undoubtedly more expensive compared to other nearby villages such as San Teodoro, Lu Fraili, etc. but it is one of the most beautiful and exclusive resorts in all of Sardinia thanks to its incomparable location, the beautiful marina, the numerous sport facilities, the beaches of fine white sand, the crystal clear water of the sea and the variety of services.
