House Sleeps9Bedrooms2Bathrooms1Minimum Stay2 nightsThe house consists of two separate floors that can be rented separately or together. The house overlooks the Mediterranean and there is a beach only a couple of hundred meters away. It has a beautiful garden with flowers and rosemary bushes.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with two beds each and two bathrooms. There is a large living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen which leads out to the balcony. The balcony has a fantastic view of the Mediterranean and can fit up to 12 people at the table. In front of the building there is a shaded area covered by Oleander-bushes, excellent for the afternoon espresso.
On the lower floor there are also two bedrooms with two beds each and one master bathroom. There is a large living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen. It is possible to add an extra bed to the living room. There is also shaded area outside which fits 6 to 8 people which has a beautiful view of the mountains. This is where lunch and dinner is often had. There is a washing machine on each of the floors.
The price is for the full house. In case of renting of a single floor the price is half of the full price.
