It rooms 8 people but it can be rented to 4 people at a different rate. There is a water reservoir. The house has wooden furniture, a wooden extensible table, 6 chairs, two garden tables (plastic) with an extra 12 chairs. There is an outside shower as well. Outside there is a living portico. The house is 150 mt. far from the beach. Nearby there is a small restaurant, pharmacy and newsagents are 500 mt. far, whilst the nearest doctor is at 2 kms. The town of Villasimius is 15 kms far. The beach near the house is quite long (8 kms.) and has a beautiful white sand. Nearby there are also other beaches and places with small cliffs.
