The cottages are built with excellent finishes, with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, with water tank of 2000 litres. They have a private garden and there is a plenty parking space on the main street in front of the houses.
All guests have access to the beach through a private road reserved to the residents. Both the centre of Calasetta and the Beach �Le Saline� are at 10 minutes walking distance from the cottages Calamenhir. About a few minutes by car from the cottages, besides the beach �Le Saline�, you can reach many other sandy beautiful beaches: "Sottotorre", "Spiaggia Grande", "Cala Sapone", "Cala Lunga", "Coaquaddus", "Maladroxia. Moreover at about 40 minutes by car from Calasetta, the lovely Porto Pino Beach is located.
Calasetta has about 2500 inhabitants, with all necessary civic and tourist services (restaurants, supermarkets, discos, hotels, sport areas), a first aid structure open 24 hours and a tourist harbour. Calasetta and Carloforte are joined by ferryboats.
Description Of The Cottage: On the ground floor: 1 kitchen-living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. In the basement: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 4 beds: 1 bunk- bed, 1 double drawer bed, 1 bathroom with shower for a total of 8+2 beds, closed veranda, opened veranda, a 200 m2 garden with barbecue, pizza-oven and an outdoor shower.
Electric Household Appliances: the cottage includes 1 refrigerator with freezer, 1 washing-machine, 1 dish-washer, 1 oven, gas plate, 1 television, 1 fan, 1 hair-dryer, 1 picnic portable fridge.
Linen: the cottage includes sheets, bath-towels, table-cloth and kitchen-cloth, outdoor washing line, besom, rag all included in the cleaning service cost.
On Request Up To The Arrival And Submitted To Availability: folding beds, baby cots, security bars for bed, baby high chairs, baby bath-tubs, electric stove, dvd player, flat iron, duvets and covers, all included in the cleaning service cost.
Activities And Services To Pay: linen changing (euro 50,00) cleaning, babysitter, children sailing boat classes, trawling big game, rubber-boats, bikes and motorbikes on hire.
