I stayed in this apartment for several months back in 2021. It is really a wonderful place. The terrace has amazing views and is bigger than it looks. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dishwasher and an oven. The mattress was a little hard, but it was perfect for me and I slept very well. It was totally quiet at night, and the neighbors are friendly. The owner is a responsible person who fixed some technical issues immediately. A big thank you, I would love to come back some day.

Architect-designed apartment with magnificent view on the Mediterranean sea. The flat is located in the heart of the city center, on a quiet cobbled street just 50m from the bustling Via Roma, Cagliari's most famous street.
The apartment offers a wonderful outdoor terrace with barbeque for alfresco dinners under the stars with beautiful views on the sea.
Inside, the living area also offers sea views and is equipped with flat screen TV, DVD player, HI-FI Stereo and WIFI internet access and of course Air-conditioning. There's also an office corner and a double sofa bed for extra guests.
The kitchen is a masterpiece of elegance and technology and the brand new bathroom boasts a double shower with mood lighting. The double bedroom is light and airy and, although set in the heart of Cagliari it's very quiet.
The apartment is elegantly furnished with plenty of quirky little touches by a local artist which make it feel both homely and stylish.
Gorgeous beaches with crystal clear waters may be reached with just a 7 minutes drive, while in less than one hour is possible to get to the golf course or to an ancient Roman archaeological site.
