The property is located approx. 2 km away from Holy Spirit and Giovinazzo, and around 15km from the heart of Bari. The entrance of the villa is on the highway 16 which links to Giovinazzo Bari, by the sea side.
There are 2 entrances of the residence, on the main highway, the 2nd on the sea with access to the bathing beach and the beach. From the main road side, you can easily reach the bus stop, pizzeria, restaurants, hotels and disco pubs within a walking distance. From the sea side, a lido with disco, pizzeria and swimming pool within a walk. The separate house on the ground floor with a covered patio and big front garden.
