The villa is a typical country house, full of charm, on the road 172 "dei Trulli" between Fasano and Locorotondo, 10 Km away from Alberobello. It has been recently renovated to a high standard, comprising an impressive large trullo kitchen/dining room, with new washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, large gas oven. All stone floors with underfloor heating.Two bedrooms and the living room have a traditional "star" ceiling. There are three double bedrooms, the largest one with an ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms are private and well separated from one another. The second bathroom is located off the living room. The living room has an open fireplace, and leads on to the terrace and garden, with ample off street parking. All linen, towels, kitchen equipment are included.
The rooms are quite spacious, with new materasses and pillows. The interior of the house is cool in summer, even when it's very hot outside. Suitable for families and children. Back terrace ideal for dining outside. Private back garden with ample parking. Local shops (grocery, bar, newsagent and some restaurants-pizzeria) at walking distance, supermarkets in Fasano (5km) and 3 km away, on the road to Locorotondo.
Seaside with beautiful dune beaches within 20 min. drive. Some of the prettiest villages of Southern Italy are nearby (Locorotondo 5km, Martina Franca 10km, Alberobello 10km, Cisternino 15km, Ostuni 25 km, Polignano a mare, 25 km) with great local food and affordable restaurants, very lively in the evening.
