Secluded, but not isolated, fully-renovated country farm house situated in the heart of the beautiful wine-growing area of the ‘Monferrato’, in Italy’s northern region of Piedmont.

The Monferrato forms a spectacular expanse of rolling hills and vineyards. The farm house, dating back to the early 1900’s, stands on a plot of land covering approximately 9000 square metres and includes a large garden, fruit trees and a small forest.

The house is located between the busy market towns of Asti (12 kms) Alba (26 kms) and one hour and 15’ drive from the airports of Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Popular with food-lovers from all over the world, the Monferrato and Langhe areas are primarily renowned for their award winning wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo and Barbera, the celebrated tartuffo bianco (or white truffle), hazelnuts, chocolates and an incredible array of local dishes and restaurants.

Though the area is not only about food and wine.

Piedmont is a cultural goldmine and brims with literally hundreds of historical sites, castles, churches and works of art.

Big house ( 300mq) with 3 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms and a big attic with a double bed and 4 single beds. Two cribs are available. Two dining rooms, a living room with wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV and a kitchen well equipped. Huge property garden, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.
