This property is nicely located, a midst olive trees and enjoys beautiful views over the surrounding landscape. The villa is surrounded by a large garden partially shaded, offering natural terraces, a nice pool and charming corners for al-fresco dining. A covered terrace furnished with tables and chairs is also available. The furnishing is cozy in a rustic style. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 700 meters.
At guests’ disposal: large garden (2000 square meters), lightened swimming-pool (5 x 10 m – depth from 1,1 to 2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) with shower (cold water), solarium (with nice gazebo and sun-beds), covered furnished terrace (20 square meters), gazebo with tables, chairs, large barbecue and sink.
WI-FI internet available. Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request free of charge. Maid service by arrangement (€ 8,- / per hour to be paid on site). Small apartment for 2 people available upon request at € 350,- / per week (payment on site).
