This is our second stay (11 days) at Dimora di Campagna Cocchi Grifoni and it was even better than before. The apartment is fresh, clean and beautifully maintained. The surrounding countryside has breathtaking scenery. This location is perfect to visit all of the best attractions in Le Marche, including the beach, mountains and charming nearby towns. Just relaxing on the balconies and enjoying the views was great. There are many, many good restaurants in the area. The women owners are available, but not intrusive and so very gracious; always willing to offer advice and assistance if needed. They are making fantastic wines as well. We recommend this lovely property without hesitation.

Heaven on Earth!
These lovely apartments in the hills of Marche were the perfect location for our recent visit. The apartments are new, well-appointed and immaculately clean. The views from the private balconies are stunning; the perfect place to enjoy a glass of the delicious wine produced by the owners. The location is convenient to all of the places you will want to visit, including the interesting nearby towns, national parks and beaches. The care and attention given to us and our stay by the women who own this property and the winery is unsurpassed in my experience. I highly recommend the Dimora di Campagna Tenuta Cocci Grifoni and plan to return next year.

“Dimora di Campagna Tenuta Cocci Grifoni” is a comfortable accommodation, suitable both for a couple and a family who wish to spend some days in our countryside and discover the land where our wines are produced. Our wine cellar and our family house are two separate nearby units in the gorgeous Piceno hills. The apartments have been redecorated in countryside style. The furniture is a combination of tradition and modernity. We have preserved the atmosphere of typical country houses of the Marche region. We have also a vegetable garden where you can take tomatoes and various aromatic herbs to cook your dishes whenever you like. “Montepulciano” Apartment This apartment is our tribute to the Montepulciano grape variety, which is the undisputed star of Rosso Piceno Superiore blend. It faces south-east, which is a very sunny, windy and bright area. And it is no coincidence that this is actually the ideal environment for the Montepulciano growth. It’s a 47 sq m. apartment (about 505 sq ft.) with a living room, a kitchenette with induction cookers and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, a double room with mountain view balcony. A single as well as a foldout sofa bed are also available on request. This apartment is a suitable accommodation for 2 up to 5 people. “Pecorino” Apartment This apartment is dedicated to the most important of Piceno white wines, made with the extraordinary Pecorino grape. It faces north-west, which is a fresh and bright area. Fresh air and brightness are just what Pecorino grape likes. It prefers breezes to warm temperatures. It’s a 68 sq m. apartment (about 730 sq ft.) with a living room, a kitchenette with induction cookers and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, two double rooms with mountain view balcony. A single as well as a foldout sofa bed are also available on request. This apartment is suitable for 4 up to 7 people. The swimming pool is 18m², comfortable, and is available from May to September. The energetic class is B.
