Sleeps6Bedrooms3Bathrooms3Minimum Stay2 nightsThe Well of Vivalpa " is a Bed and Breakfast which is located in the Marche, a farmhouse built in the 1800's, renovated in the 90s and further revised by the current owners (Vito and Alexandra) who live there all year round.Outside, in a garden of 3500 sqm with 40 olive trees and some fruit trees and a small vegetable garden, there are two outbuildings used for some services of the house such as the care of the garden, the plants and the garden and the management of 'photovoltaic system.Vito and Alessandra have embraced the philosophy of green living and for this reason they installed a photovoltaic system and an air conditioning system and heating with heat pumps that make your house independent from the energy point of view.
The Bed and Breakfast "'s Well Vivalpa" is located in the hinterland of the hills, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility. Around the house there are only fields of wheat and sunflowers, olive groves and vineyards of the most important wineries of the Marche.The garden, in the evening, is the ideal place for star gazing.In our Bed and Breakfast " The well of Vivalpa "is allowed to bring pets (small size, no exotic).The entire property Bed and Breakfast features air conditioning hot / cold.Given the size of the garden, about 3500 square meters, we have parking facilities for cars and motorcycles.

From the Bed and Breakfast "'s Well Vivalpa" you can organize various day trips between the towns of the Marches most suggestive places such Loreto, Frasassi, the beaches of Portonovo, Sirolo and Numana Conero Park.A unique feature of the property is a working well - hence the name of the Bed and Breakfast - located inside the house with the aim of collecting rainwater and distribute it in the garden by the two fountains.In good weather, breakfast is served on the porch, in the winter or on cold days served in the lounge, where the coldest days, the fire burns.
