In the estate there is the prestigious Villa designed in the twenties by the architect Giancarlo Maroni, first of all known as the designer of the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the residence of the poet and writer Gabriele D'Annunzio. The Villa, the core of the estate, was partially renovated in 2008 to host a Guest House, a refined and elegant residence for those guests who want to rent it for indulging in periods of relaxation and tranquillity.
A unique solution both for couples who wish to sidestep the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and for large families who want to share time together surrounded by every comfort and attention.
In the Villa there are three master bedroom suites to welcome our guests in elegancet and comfort.
The suites consist of large rooms fitted with every comfort, boasting a private open space bathroom where guests can make use of a large shower and bath-tub for relaxing moments.
Every room has been finished and personalized in every detail; bathroom marble, wooden decorations, sheets and sponges made of precious textiles, tenuous nuances and stylish furniture have been chosen and matched with care to exalt every room.
As in every comfortable home, the Villa has a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen.
These are located within the characteristically elegant and sophisticated iron and glass conservatory facing the lake, which, through its glass surfaces, allows in not only the light, but also the intense colours of nature to blend in and create a unique atmosphere. The white ceiling curtains made of fine linen gauze give a touch of refinement that completes the work.
Here, the guests of the Villa can come together around a table for elegant lunches and dinners, prepared in the kitchen which is located behind the dining room. This develops around a central bar with marble top, provided with every convenient and funcional service, where you can meet for breakfasts and snacks.
To pamper and spoil its guests the Villa also features a wellness area overlooking the garden and lake. Here you will find a large whirlpool tub where you canimmerse yourself for a revitalizing bath, a Finnish sauna, large shower and a relaxation area with comfortable beds.
