Enjoying stunning lake views, it's a great location for a holiday in the Italian Lakes.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building. Inside the property has 1 double bedroom, an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads down from the bedroom to a basement room with 2 additional single beds. (Please note that the staircase is steep and is not suitable for the infirm or for those with young children.) There is a hanging rail in this area for guests to store clothes. There is also a sofa bed in the living area allowing the property to sleep up to 6 people in total. A door leads from the open plan living area to a private garden area enjoying stunning lake views. A built in sunshade on the terrace provides shade from the midday sun.
The property is brand new for the 2013 rental season. Please note that the air conditioning will not be in use until 2014.
The nearest restaurant is approximately a kilometre away. Arona is just 5 kilometres away and has a plethora of shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy. It also boasts a large market every Tuesday throughout the year.
