There is a big (ca 25*20 mts) swimming pool to share with the other villas' owners. There is also a big covered garage (big auto and several bikes can be parked) which is part of the villa.

The villa is located in the Garda lake zone, between Desenzano and Salò (12 km distant from each location). Sirmione is 20 km far away. The lake is far 3 km (Manerba del Garda beach) and the small port of Moniga del garda, where you can rent several types of boat is just 4 km far away.
Activities and attractions
It is possible to perform typical lake' s activities, such as sailing, windsurfing, renting boats, and so on. The villa is in front of a magnificent golf course (Soiano del Lago course). There are also tennis courts nearby. Also byking in the Lake's hills is possible.
