Nice comfortable apartment completely renovated in 2013 and located in an elegant district of Milan. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, cozy dining/living room, modern kitchen fully equipped with gas stove (5 burners), electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, tableware, pots and pans. The master bedroom has one double bed (2 sleeps). The second bedroom has 2 single beds (2 sleeps total). The sitting room has a sofa double bed (2 sleeps). One additional children’s bed (up to 3 years of age) may be offered on request, included in the price. We provide all bath towels and bed linens with weekly changeover. The hardwood floors throughout the apartment make it cozy and fashionable. The bathroom is finely decorated with an elegant mosaic and hosts a trendy and comfortable crystal shower. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom (concealed). Children are welcome. Many toys and books wait to be used by our young guests. No smokers. No pets. Please be aware that a railway line passes close to the property.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The apartment is located in a two-floor mini-condominium within a very quiet and elegant district of Milan (La Maggiolina), comprising many old-fashioned villas surrounded by trees and plants, far from the city’s traffic. Shops, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, gas stations and supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away. Proximity of metro - ISTRIA station of line M5, only 5 minutes by foot - makes the location strategic as the city’s major points of interest are quite easily accessible. Milan’s three main railway stations - Stazione Centrale (metro lines M2/M3), Stazione Cadorna (metro lines M1/M2) and Stazione Garibaldi (metro lines M2/M5) - are just at a few minutes’ ride. The center of the city can be reached in 10 minutes (DUOMO station of line M3). Getting to Milan Exhibition Fair takes 30 minutes (RHO FIERA station of line M1). Free unguarded parking is available in front of the apartment building.
