In a great location on the hillside above Lake Maggiore, the property enjoys stunning lake views and is within walking distance of a traditional Italian restaurant.
The living areas of the property are finished in a modern, contemporary, yet homely style. As you enter the property there is a long tiled hallway. At one end of this, there is a small balcony with lake views. Leading off the hallway is good sized living area. This is a bright airy room with lake views from 2 windows. Furnished in blue and white 'nautical' colours, it has plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs as well as a table seating four. Next to the living area is a large, well equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a table in the middle of the room seating six. The property has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and both with views of the lake. The smaller of the bedrooms has doors leading out on to a terrace overlooking the lake. There is one brand new bathroom at the property which has both a bath and shower, sink, bidet and toilet. There is another bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Outside, the property shares a garden with 1 other apartment. There is a BBQ available for guests use as well as loungers and outdoor chairs. The garden is set into the hillside and so enjoys magnificent lake views.
Please note that the streets of the old town are too narrow to allow cars access to the property. However, there is a free public car park just 200 metres from the property. Incidentally there is a great restaurant here too - Ristorante Pozzo! There is the option of renting a garage with the property if required. This is an additional fee. Please ask for further details.
