Villa Sleeps9Bedrooms5Bathrooms4Minimum Stay2 nightsVilla Docciolina is a lovely villa immersed in a large private green park with olive trees, with a very large and brand new private pool fully furnished, and with numerous comfortable and modern outdoor living spaces. By the poolside, there is a functioning kitchen with built in barbecue, running water, gazebo with dining area and lounge area. There is also a pool bathroom and beautiful marble finished pool shower.
The house sleeps 9 in 5 bedrooms with three bathrooms, and air conditioning. It is flanked on both sides by outdoor living areas as well, with a 120sqm portico on the back with another outdoor kitchen (another BBQ, sink and water, etc) and dining area, lounge area and gym area. The front terrace has awnings for shade that can be drawn up if you prefer sun, and has another set of tables and chairs.
Inside, the kitchen is modern, with american side by side fridge with ice machine. There is TV with DVD player, wifi, and a sky decoder (bring your own card and watch your own programming from home!). The small lounge area is comfortable, and has an angle fireplace.
A short walk to the village of Cecina, where there is a restaurant and small shop, and a short drive to the town of Toscolano Maderno, where you will find all services, a wealth of restaurants, pizzerias, gelaterias, shops, bars, and beautiful public beaches.
Outdoor parking, behind the security gate, for 4 cars or more. Bicycles available for guest use. Pets are allowed, with an extra cleaning fee of 50 euros per animal.
