Beautiful villa with swimming pool is situated in the medieval village of Dolceacqua Liguria with breathtaking views of beautiful mountain scenery and the Mediterranean.
The villa can accommodate 10 people, has 3 bedrooms and a lounge room with a 2-seater sofa in the villa (Casa del Poeta ') and 1 bedroom with 2 single bed in the guest house (Casa Mondrian). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so did the lounge room. During the construction of Casa del Poeta is using old stones from the area, marble and granite are also coming back. The living room has a beautiful designer kitchen with handmade walnut and stainless steel with built-in Miele espresso machine, silent dishwasher, oven and luxury 5-burner stove in a large cooking island. In addition, a large cozy fireplace which is very durable fired. The furnishings are antique or vintage Italian design. On the walls hang art: paintings, lithographs and photography.
The two double doors and six windows in the living room and lounge have electric shutters. The lounge room has a fireplace and a large TV screen. The lounge room is separated from the living room by high glass doors and curtains if necessary.
There is WiFi internet, a DVD player, CD player and Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Air speakers that you can play music from your ipod, ipad, iphone or laptop wirelessly. In a separate room next to the house is a washer, dryer and an extra refrigerator.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms Villa 'Casa del Poeta'
All bedrooms have French doors opening onto the lower terrace with stunning views of the vast mountain landscape. The master bedroom has its own TV and a large bathroom with bath, separate shower, two sinks, radiator, wc and bidet. The second bedroom has a bathroom with two sinks, toilet, shower and radiator. The third bedroom, with its own entrance on the lower terrace, a bathroom with designer sink, shower, toilet and radiator. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and two bedside tables with atmospheric lighting. All beds can be made up as two single beds.
Lay guesthouse "Casa Mondrian '
Casa Mondrian, the annex of the villa is an authentic house that may well serve for two people or a couple with a child as guests leave (there is a sofa bed in the living room). Casa Mondrian consists of a living room with small colorful open kitchen, a separate bedroom and small bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. It is a bit higher than Casa del Poeta allow privacy for both houses protected. The upper terrace at Casa Mondrian has an outdoor grill and wood oven pizza and a large masonry table under a pergola or place for 20 people.
View & vegetables and olive grove
From the pool, the panoramic views are fantastic. You look out over the valley behind the mountains and in the distance you can see the coastal town Vallecrosia and the Mediterranean Sea lie. The pool has different colors underwater LED lighting, for whom the night to swim. There are two outdoor showers, and down beside the pool. The villa has several terraces, each with its own unique view and garden furniture such as a granite table or design (reclining) seats. When you walk out of the kitchen to get out on the terrace with swimming pool. Right next to the patio doors off the kitchen is under the pergola a two meter long table with ten chairs for pleasant lunches and dinners.
On the terraced grounds of 1 hectare are many olive trees, grapevines and some fruit trees. Every year we pick our olives for olive oil, which counted the many hours of sunshine combined with the mountain ground to the finest in all of Italy!
You reach the villa via a private road of nearly one kilometer and a gate with remote control.
The special location has a lot of privacy and tranquility, while, if desired, the social life is also close by.
