'll be welcomed in a pleasant atmosphere and attention to detail and you have the advantage of staying in comfortable position to easily reach the main tourist, tourist and not only in our city. It will be our pleasure to offer you our recommendations and our assistance to make unforgettable your holiday in Rome.
In the 5th floor are reserved for our guests two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. In common with two bedrooms, a living area and a lovely terrace of about 40 square meters where you can enjoy the fresh air of Rome. The penthouse on the 6th floor (SAPPHIRE SUITE) is entirely reserved for suite guests and consists of living room, bedroom, bathroom and a lovely terrace of about 100 square meters where you can enjoy complete privacy in the sun and the moon of Rome. Both areas of the apartment used as Bed and Breakfast have private entrance door, we will rely on the keys so that you can move at the times you prefer. If you are traveling in a group or family, our spaces can be organized and modulated according to your needs, matching between their different rooms or adding beds. If you are traveling in the company of your pets, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

The self-service breakfast consists of coffee pods espresso or American, milk, tea, chamomile, herbal teas of various flavors, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, biscuits, toast, jam, butter, honey, fruit of the season. It can be consumed at any time in the living room or on the lovely terrace Ruby exclusively available to guests. Sapphire Suite Inside the suites, at your disposal, you'll have a kettle and a coffee machine pods to prepare a hot drink at any time ( tea, chamomile, herbal teas of various flavors) or a great espresso or American, accompanied by tasty biscuits. In addition, we will offer you breakfast at the bar in front of our B & B (croissant and drink).
